At Rousseau Plant Care, we want your indoor garden to thrive. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all accessories and non-perishable goods.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.
Photo Documentation
For live plants or fragile ceramics, please attach clear photos showing the condition of the item and the packaging it arrived in to help us process your claim.
Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack your items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to send the items back to our nursery.
Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement greenery within 3-5 business days.
